This project involved in-depth research into the Cute Baby, Cute Kid, Cute Pet and Cute Couple’s competitions. The goal was to analyze user behavior, revenue models, and market viability to refine the contest structure and enhance user engagement.

3. Revenue Model & Contest Viability Analysis
Researched industry revenue streams and evaluated the sustainability of a new contest model.
4. Persona Development & Customer Journey Mapping
Created detailed user personas and mapped customer journeys to optimize engagement and conversion strategies.
5. Lead Cost Analysis
Assessed marketing spend and acquisition costs to refine lead generation and monetization strategies.
